We Offer

Transition Visits at Little Climber

At Little Climbers, we offer three transition visits to help your child settle in comfortably and confidently. These visits are an important part of getting to know your child and building a strong foundation for their time with us.

During the transition visits, we focus on:

Helping your child become familiar with the environment, routines, and teachers

Learning about your child’s interests, daily routines, and personality

Understanding your aspirations for your child’s learning journey

Building trusting relationships between whānau and teachers

These visits support a smooth and positive transition from home to preschool, ensuring your child feels safe, secure, and ready to learn.

Warm, consistent educators who build trusting relationships

A nurturing, home-like environment that promotes security and confidence

Open communication with whānau to ensure each child’s unique needs are supported

Our goal is to create a gentle bridge between home and school, helping your child feel safe, valued, and excited about learning.

Home-based Early Childhood Centre Auckland

My son has attended Little Climbers for the past 7 months and he has settled in so well because of the care and nurture from his teachers. They are attentive, have open and continued communication and make learning so much fun.

My daughter is 18 months old and has been attending Little Climbers for over a year now. The nurturing and learnings are apparent daily and she is always very happy on arrival each morning. We absolutely love and adore all the kaiako and the amazing mahi they do on the daily.
